Welcome to Thomas Nursery

The entrance to our store welcomes you with a beautiful hedge of red knock-out roses. These roses have a generous bloom cycle that will last from spring until frost. Boy, have we come a LONG WAY!!! Now, in the spring and fall we might see 350-550 customers a day!

Our Giant Rooster

You might wonder “Where in the world did John Thomas come up with the idea to put a giant rooster at the entrance of the store?” Well, that rooster has quite a significant meaning! The heart of Union Parish lies within some of the hardest working farmers you’ll ever meet, our poultry farmers. Our Giant Rooster is our tribute to the hard work and dedication of these farmers.
